Time Out is a lovely little haberdashery located in the middle of Cheddar village. The shop is crammed to the rafters with all manner of exciting craft supplies! There is a good sized, though not extensive, yarn section, fabrics, buttons, ribbons, and embroidery supplies to name just a few. It is a rare occasion that I don't find what I need in Time Out, usually leaving with a few extra goodies that I just couldn't resist! Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly and helpful.

This place is shocking! I called 5 days in advance to book an appointment for eyebrow shaping. The lady on the phone took my name and said I was all booked-in in the diary. I turned up for my appointment only to be told that there was no booking under my name and for that time. The lady tried to convince me that I was the one that had misheard things on the phone. This was all incredibly frustrating, especially considering it was my best friends wedding that weekend! I decided to give the salon another chance, so booked another appointment. When I turned up for my appointment, I was asked to sit upstairs and wait in what can only be described as a dumping room. There was random stock everywhere and certainly doesnt give the impression of a salon? After waiting for 15 minutes over my appointment time, without an apology from the beautician, I decided to leave. I cant speak from the haberdashery side of things, but I wouldnt ever come here again for any beauty treatments! What a waste of time.
I had a fabulous treatment today. Lynne was able to identify some problems with my arm and shoulder as well as give me a wonderful stress free feeling.... which I am still buzzing from. Thank you. I'll be back again soon.
