Had a lot of things in their sale, but not in larger sizes
Brought a item via click and drop, didn't hear anything for a week, so called in, they just said cant find it, said they would contact when arrives.. after another few days i contacted the support email on site, after waiting a couple of days for a reply they said it was lost in post and would send another. Would have been better if I didn't have to chase them, if they knew the item was lost should have sent another automatically. Product was good quality and price otherwise would have given 1 star.
Lots of tempting offers around half price. Also able to gain 20 percent reduction using a voucher. Very happy.
Got what I was looking for. Assistant on till very cheerful.
