They are rubbish, took my duvet in to be cleaned the burnt it and ruined it. At first they did not admit it and tried to fob me off with someone elses duvet only after repeateded requests did they refund what I paid for the service wash. Very poor service.
The dictionary meaning of 'laundrette' is "an establishment of coin operated washing machines and dryers for public use." We went in today and were told this was not the case. If you do not offer public washing machines and dryers for public use, change the name on your shop signage and on the internet and stop wasting peoples time!
