I lived in the UK up until a few months ago and constantly had good service from the Ballihoo team. However moved to Luxembourg recently and the team went above and beyond in order to mail me some fragile items that all arrived intact. Really really positive experience.

Superb stock, service and prices! They know their stuff and are always happy to help. Competitive with online prices (they have an massive online store, so that makes sense) but the convenience of an actual shop, with actual people... glad they're pretty local for me!
I have bought several items from Ballihoo, on separate occasions. They always ship very quickly, are very competitively priced and their website descriptions are very honest and accurate. Customer support is excellent and helpful, to the extent that I ordered some clear wine bottles recently and by an oversight they sent green bottles by mistake. No problem, a quick call and the clear bottles were in the post 10 minutes later on their way to me! Added to which, as a good will gesture they allowed me to keep the green bottles! If only more companies gave the service as Ballihoo. Would highly recommend them to everybody. Thank you Ballihoo.
