We holiday at cheddar bridge twice a year. I reccommend this site 100%. Dave and Tracey the owners are welcoming and very friendly. They make you feel apart of a family on first meeting. The static caravans are beautifully cleaned and maintained. Bedding, toilet rolls, condiments all on site, we only bring clothing with us. Within beautiful surroundings of cheddar gorge and the Mendips. If you're looking for a peaceful adult only holiday to relax and enjoy, then cheddar bridge holiday site is somewhere we would highly reccommend.

A lovely campsite in the village of cheddar. Easy walk to the town via footpaths (some steps). You can walk to the gorge in around 25 minutes. One really nice touch at this site is that you can buy a home made cream tea at reception to take away at a very reasonable price! Site caters for motorhomes, caravans, tents and has some fantastic old fashioned caravan style clamping pods.

Wonderful friendly quiet site. Shops and cheddar a 10 minute walk along the footpath. The site is well maintained and the showers and amenities are spotless. We come here quite regularly to camp and the tent field is large level and well drained. There is a fridge freezer and mircowave in the little area by the washing up sink and these are brilliant for an extended camping trip. A really nice bonus is that there are several picnic benches around the field for you to use. We usually pitch next to one and it is a brilliant idea as gives you more freedom to sit and spread out. Highly recommend this site for the warm welcome from the owners and staff and the amenities

Very clean and quiet site. The camping field has it's own washing up area with a fridge freezer and microwave for campers to use. 25 minutes walk to Cheddar gorge. The only negative I would say is the church bells ring every 15 minutes 24/7.

Booked 2 nights. Ended up booking a 3rd as loved it so much. Extremely friendly staff throughout the stay. Wash rooms are clean and showers hot. Stayed in a large pod and it was brilliant. Could have done with an extra plug socket so bring an extension lead if using more than one device. The fridge in it was really helpful. There is also another fridge freezer in the washing up area. Lovely walks to the village and the gorge. Shops within 2 minutes walk. I had my dog with me and she loved every minute of stay. Will definitely be back
